Shipping FAQ's:

• How fast are orders processed?

We typically ship within 1 business days of purchase. We ship directly from our storefront in Middleburg, VA. We're open 7 days per week until 5 pm. Orders placed after 4 pm will not go out until the next business day. All packages go out by USPS Priority Mail, which offers a 2 - 3 business day delivery of anything mailable up to 70 pounds.

Please note, orders placed on Sundays or holidays may be impacted by the schedules our carriers maintain.

• How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information via email once an order is successfully shipped. Our system will send updates when orders are placed through social media or our website directly. We have much more visibility and flexibility when it comes to communications when orders are placed directly on our website.

• When will I receive my order?

Most U.S. orders are delivered in 3-7 business days. Your shipment confirmation email will include tracking information.

• Which shipping partner do you use?

We use USPS Priority Mail to ship because we can pass along the best rates through them, insurance is included, and tracking is easy.

$10 flat rate for orders below $100

• Does Posh Pixies Ship Internationally?

We currently ship only within the US. That may change over time.

• Is my package insured?

We include insurance up to $100 at no additional cost. Additional rates apply for packages above $100 in value. These rates are taken directly from USPS and no additional markup is charged.
