Return & Exchange Policy
We want you and your little ones to love everything from Posh Pixies Kidswear! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help. Note that we do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in-store.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer store credit for returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase for items that are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging (especially for diaper-wearing sizes!)
Items that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted for return.
Store Credit
Store credit never expires and can be used toward any item in our store, both online and in-person.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Bodysuits
- Last Chance items
- Clearance items
